Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment, Built on Experience and Independence

For many years, our business has been a trusted partner to engineering and manufacturing organisations across Scotland and the UK. Built on deep sector knowledge, long‑standing relationships and a commitment to quality, we have supported businesses operating in complex, safety‑critical environments to secure the skilled people they need to perform, innovate and grow.

Today, we operate independently marking an exciting new chapter while staying true to the values, expertise and standards that have always defined how we work. Our independence allows us to be agile, focused and deeply invested in the success of our clients and candidates alike, without compromising the heritage and credibility we have built over time.

A Specialist, Consultative Approach

Engineering and manufacturing are industries where people make the difference. Productivity, safety, compliance and innovation all depend on having the right skills in the right roles — not just now, but for the future. That’s why our approach goes far beyond traditional recruitment.

We take the time to fully understand each business we work with: its culture, challenges, operating environment and long‑term goals. This insight allows us to deliver recruitment solutions that are practical, sustainable and genuinely aligned with our clients’ needs.

As specialist technical recruiters, we operate within defined engineering and manufacturing disciplines, building strong networks and maintaining a detailed understanding of market conditions. Our focus is on quality, not volume ensuring every placement adds real value.
