Our story is rooted in engineering and manufacturing recruitment, an industry where trust, expertise and long‑term relationships matter. For many years, we operated as part of a wider recruitment brand, building a strong reputation for quality delivery, deep sector knowledge and genuine partnership with clients and candidates.
During that time, we supported engineering and manufacturing businesses across Scotland and the UK, working in highly technical, safety‑critical environments where getting recruitment right is essential. Those years laid the foundations of who we are today: credible, principled and firmly embedded within the engineering community.
As the business evolved, so too did our ambition.
Becoming an independent business was a deliberate, values‑led decision, one that allows us to focus fully on what matters most: our clients, our candidates and the sector we serve. Independence gives us the freedom to be agile, responsive and deeply personal in our approach, while preserving the experience, standards and relationships built over many years.
Led by Karen Stewart, a recognised figure in engineering and manufacturing recruitment, we continue to do what we’ve always done best: partner closely with organisations to help them build skilled, resilient and future‑ready teams. The name may be new, but the expertise, integrity and commitment behind it remain unchanged.
