About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing innovative electrical systems and supporting products throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet safety, performance, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, validate, and commission electrical systems
  • Produce electrical specifications, schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures
  • Develop and maintain electrical CAD platforms, particularly EPLAN, ensuring accurate and high-quality deliverables
  • Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part specifications to support efficient manufacturing and assembly
  • Provide electrical subject matter expertise (SME) to manufacturing, operations, root cause analysis (RCA) investigations, and supplier engagement activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, efficiency, and product adaptability
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving electrical system issues during development and production phases

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience designing and supporting electrical systems in an industrial, manufacturing, or power generation environment
  • Proficiency with electrical CAD software, ideally EPLAN
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and component selection
  • Experience creating and managing Bills of Materials and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of electrical standards, safety regulations, and best engineering practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams
