  • Managing office supplies, stock checks and the ordering and issuing of PPE.

  • Maintaining electronic and paper records, including document archiving and filing.

  • Supporting the Site Leader and Leadership Team with general administration and the organisation of staff training.

  • Liaising with HR regarding employee records and sickness absence reporting.

  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and supporting regular site audits.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • The ability to work independently while supporting a wider operational team.

  • Experience with Business Central/Dynamics would be advantageous.

The Opportunity
