We are supporting our client in the search for a Compliance Team Leader who will be responsible for maintaining business management systems and their ongoing certification as well as maintenance and reporting of product information to customer requests and to develop competency and training frameworks.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide support and guidance for all functions (at all levels), to continually improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS, BRC, ISO 22000 management systems SOPs and standards.
- Manage group external certifications- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS, BRC, ISO 22000.
- Ensure all employees have appropriate information, instruction and training to undertake the key tasks of their role.
- Establish mechanisms to monitor legal developments to ensure timely communication of implications to allow effective implementation / response.
- Implement mechanisms to approve and onboard new suppliers and materials and carry out Supplier Technical Visits.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improvement in compliance across the business.
- Maintain the Groups Quality Management System (Q-Pulse).
- Maintain the Groups HACCP Management Systems.
- Execute and support customer requests including product data and Technical Specifications.
- Maintain Internal Audit Calendar and CAPA register.
- Deputise for Head of Governance leading the companies food safety product withdrawal and recall program.
