Technical Sales Lead - Latin America
Location: Anywhere across the LATAM region | Full-time 

Are you a commercially driven spirits industry professional with deep roots in the Latin American market? 

We're working exclusively with a fast-growing, internationally recognised drinks technology business that is genuinely changing the way spirits are produced. Their innovative approach is already turning heads at some of the world's biggest producers and now they're looking for a commercial leader to define and lead their commercial expansion across Latin America.

The Role
As Technical Sales Lead, you'll be the driving force behind commercial growth across Central and South America, with an initial focus on the rum category. You'll build relationships with producers, open doors, manage your pipeline, and work closely alongside a passionate and supportive founding team who will be right there with you every step of the way.

Who We're Looking For

  • Based anywhere in the LATAM region
  • Experience in the spirits or drinks industry - producer side, ingredients, equipment, or related supply
  • Existing relationships with rum producers in the region would be a significant advantage
  • Fluent Spanish and English essential; Portuguese a real bonus
  • A genuine entrepreneurial spirit, this is an early-stage business and you'll be shaping something from the ground up
