We are supporting a Global leading organisation in their search for a strong engineering leader to join the business as "Asset Care Engineering Manager" which is a leadership position driving the hub of engineering activities across 3 complex manufacturing plants. This is a varied role where you will oversee technical experts to drive strategy around engineering compliance, maintenance and engineering which you will then implement through strong process experience and strong people and influencing skills.

You will ideally be/have:
- Time served in an engineering discipline or hold a relevant degree
- Strong leadership experience managing maintenance or engineering teams
- Expertise in maintenance strategy, reliability and CI Methodologies
- Strong Governance mindset
- Experience of working in complex operational environments
- Experience of working in complex utilities, permits or environmental compliance frameworks
